This website uses functional storage for Zendesk chat and a local preference that remembers your Google Analytics choice. Functional chat remains available regardless of your analytics choice.
Zendesk chat
The Zendesk messaging widget loads automatically in functional-only mode so visitors can ask questions and contact M&M. Zendesk may use cookies or similar storage needed to display chat, maintain a conversation, remember its functional state, and protect the service. Zendesk analytics cookies for visitor-path reporting and proactive-message analytics are disabled. Information you submit through chat is transmitted to Zendesk and M&M for customer-support purposes. Google Analytics and Consent Mode
Google Analytics loads with analytics storage denied. Before you allow analytics, it does not read or write analytics cookies, but Google receives limited cookieless measurement signals that may include page, device, browser, and technical request information. If you select “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics may place cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits and sessions and provide more complete reporting. M&M uses this information to understand page views, general traffic sources, device categories, approximate geography, scrolling, outbound resource clicks, and important actions such as management-inquiry or department-phone clicks. Advertising storage, ad-user data, Google signals, and ad personalization are disabled. We do not send information entered in support forms or chat messages to Google Analytics.
Your choices
Select “Essential only” to keep analytics storage denied and limit measurement to cookieless signals, or “Allow analytics” to enable analytics cookies and more complete measurement. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer to revisit your selection. Changing to essential-only stops future use of analytics cookies and attempts to remove first-party Google Analytics cookies; browser settings can remove any remaining site data.
Your browser controls
You may remove or block cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking functional Zendesk storage may prevent the messaging widget from appearing or preserving a conversation.
